Bob Young, President

Bob is the founder and President of Young Independent Consultants. From the start, Bob has been putting the clients' interests above his own. All of our clients benefit from his personal attention and experience on each and every campaign.

Having served seven years as a registered lobbyist for both retail permit holders and the travel and tourism industry, Bob is well attuned to the legislative process in Ohio. Bob wrote the portion of a precinct law in 1997 which allows businesses to wet up only their dry portion of an otherwise wet precinct without affecting the rights of other permit holders. This was the first step toward the particular-location option, which Bob also helped to develop, that has benefitted thousands of Ohio liquor permit holders.

Bob holds a B.A. from The Ohio State University, and received his Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School in 2000 where he was awarded the Deans Scholarship. Bob is an active sponsor of the Mid-Ohio Food Bank, a member of the Ohio State University Alumni Club, and serves on the board of Maple Grove United Methodist Church in Clintonville.

Antonio Zodda, Operations Director

Antonio has worked on 15 election cycles since joining the YIC team as a field petitioner in 2014. He currently serves as operations director of YIC, where his responsibilities include managing the field team, preparing petitions and filings, and administering the day-to-day activities of YIC.

Antonio is pursuing a bachelors degree in Environmental Science from The Ohio State University.

In his spare time, Antonio enjoys playing a variety of instruments, developing new recipes in the kitchen, and beekeeping.
